Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Post Room Assistant to join our client based in Gosforth, on an on-going temporary contract.
To start immediately, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy environment 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Opening and organising post
- Ensuring paperwork is passed on to relevant department
- Filing confidential documents
- Manual lifting heavy boxes
- Scanning and posting correspondence
This is a temporary on-going assignment to start as soon as possible and the successful candidate will ideally have previous administration and post room experience.
