Albion in the Community have an exciting opportunity for a Post 16 Tutor (Full-Time) to join the team.

Location: The American Express Community Stadium, Brighton

Salary: Salary dependant on skills & experience

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full time, fixed term to 31st July 2022

Post 16 Tutor (Full-Time) – The Role:

AITC are recruiting for a Post-16 Tutor to come and join the team. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to maintain the the Level 2 Diploma in Sport and Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity in relation to our Post-16, full-time education programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Charity and be part of our Further Education team.

Post 16 Tutor (Full-Time) – Key Responsibilities:

It will be your responsibility for the full delivery of Level 2 Diploma in Sport and Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity to beneficiaries. The successful candidate will act as a positive role model at all times and develop and maintain high standards for teaching and learning within in the department - you will have a clear vision of how units will be taught to the learners. Alongside the teaching, planning, and marking will be the added responsibility of the recruitment of the potential participants for the forthcoming academic year.

Post 16 Tutor (Full-Time) – You:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of delivering Level 3 Extended and Level 2 Diploma in Sport alongside the appropriate degree in a related area, PGCE or recognised teaching qualification (QTLS, NQT).

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
