Portfolio Office Manager
Capita are the preferred recruitment supplier for a leading Regulator who are expanding and leading the way as an independent body. We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Office Manager to assist in the delivery of the organisation's Change Programme.
The job holder will be coordinating and monitoring delivery of a portfolio of projects and activities across the Change Programme and working with project, delivery and development managers to ensure development and maintenance of the programme and project plans.
Duties will include
Develop and maintain all programme office paperwork in order to provide robust programme assurance and quality control in line with best practice
Track and report on progress against the programme plan, by ensuring timely reporting of delivery, risks, issues, and changes
Develop and maintain the programme dashboard to provide a summary of the status of the programme's portfolio
Analyse interfaces and critical dependencies between projects and make recommendations for appropriate actions to the Programme Leads.
Candidates applying will have experience demonstrable experience as a Programme Office Manager together with demonstrated ability to deliver to tight timeframes in an uncertain and pressurised environment. Applied experience of using PRINCE2 / MSP within a project/programme environment is required and an expert level of experience in Microsoft Project.
