Outline of the position

To oversee and manage issues of maintenance, bond deposits and gas certificates in the portfolio. You will need to negotiate with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding works required to properties and the return of tenants bond deposits at the end of the tenancy. You will also be responsible for the renewal of gas safety certificates, ensuring that the certificate is renewed in the correct timeframe and the certificate is accurate and valid.

This is a customer service role and you will be required to deal with initial complaints with the aim of resolving the situation effectively and efficiently.

Requirements for the position

Must be highly organised and able to manage their own time effectively.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods.
