We require an Associate Trainers to cover an existing workload within the MET police, based at Hendon or Marlowe House.
This is an interim ongoing position and you'll support with a wide range of classes from existing materials. You can commit to fixed days or simply opt to work as and when you wish.
Required to be successful in this role
• Level 3 training qualification or relevant experience.
• Ability to research and deliver and evaluate training programmes.
• Computer literate.
• Police training experience
• Ability to use a range of appropriate IT systems
• Experience in delivering and facilitating feedback.
• Experience or understanding of how to develop people.
• Experience of coaching people at different levels.
This role offers a competitive salary which is either £197.00 per class or £250.00 per class dependent on your payment option, weekly pay.
