Police Staff Investigator - Merseyside

We require Civilian Investigators due to expansion to cover a workload within the Merseyside.
This is an interim position initially for 3-6 months, with the potential to be extended, forcewide.
To provide support to the hub in the investigation of crime. To take ownership of in-custody arrests, as determined by the application of the Investigation Allocation Model. To deal with suspect interviews, relevant investigation tasks and case preparation.
Required to be successful in this role
- Previous investigative background
- Flexibility/communication skills
- Ability to plan / organise
- PEACE Trained
- Knowledge of law / policy / procedures
- IT skills and knowledge of force systems
