This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive podiatry department providing treatment to patients in the community.
We are looking for a Podiatrist, preferably with experience in Diabetes, Wound Care and Biomechanics, however applications from students about to qualify will be considered. You will be part of a highly motivated and compassionate team, working independently in a community setting. The role is full time (37.5 hours) to be worked across a 7 day week with some evenings.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals. You will join a friendly, highly experienced team, delivering quality patient-centred care. This includes the assessment, development, implementation and review/discharge of treatment plans and health education.
You will need a degree in Podiatry and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
The role will require you to work across all areas in the Trust, which includes those that are designated as positive, asymptomatic and negative COVID wards.
An Enhanced DBS with Adults and Children Barred List check will be obtained for the successful candidate during pre-employment checks.
The successful candidate will be supported by a team of dedicated staff, with access to CPD, regular supervision, development and support and regular team meetings.
Please Note: Candidates will be asked to provide their original certificates to the interview panel.
Based in the Community division but you will need travel for Ashton, Wigan and Leigh.
