Our client, an investment business in the heart of Manchester which has experienced exponential growth organically and through acquisition, is seeking a highly organised PMO to help ensure the business meets its obligation and demonstrates adhere to remediation framework as well as playing a key part in the establishment of a dedicated Remediation function.
You will be required to keep pace with a high volume of complex remediation activities and more specifically assist in the monitoring and reporting of project deliverables (using established project methodologies) to ensure individual work streams remain on track until completed, support the administration of the project's governance framework through the production and maintenance of project plans, risks logs, highlight report, committee packs and any other associated project documentation. Furthermore you will co-ordinate papers, status updates and proposals before being submitted to Remediation Working Group, attend and record minutes at project workshops and governance meetings. There will be plenty of opportunities to move onto other strategic projects once this one is complete.
Applicants must have demonstrable PMO experience, possess strong organisational skills with a strong grasp of governance. Naturally you will be accustomed to project terminology and crucially you will have an ability to be agile in your approach to work and be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.
