PMO Assistant/PMO Support - Financial Services

£170 - £220 a day

6 months initially

The role will report into the Senior PMO Manager. Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables include:

* SharePoint and Sharedrive management, ensuring a consistent way of managing and archiving papers is implemented
* Assist in the co-ordination of meeting packs for Governance forums
* Manage meetings logistics (meeting room booking, agenda, tracking actions through completion)
* Support running of meetings, actions & minutes
* Review risks, issues & dependencies to improve the quality of reporting. Log portfolio risks in the Change Management system and ensure it is regularly updated
* Approve milestone changes in the Change Management system following Governance Committee approval
* Manage central PMO mailbox, assigning emails to the team and taking ownership through completion
* Ensue archiving is kept up to date at all times
* Support the Senior PMO Manager to track the closure of Audit and Delivery Assurance actions
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the PMO team, as requested
