PMO Analyst job in Cardiff - £26,000 - 28,500 plus benefits -12 month fixed-term contract
An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a PMO Analyst to join one of the most established organisations in South Wales. This position is based within a forward thinking organisation that offer a great working environment and scope for career progression.
The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a range of high profile and complex projects. You will support the development and management of the project governance framework, leading the monthly governance cycles whilst ensuring that all information is available and accurate for decisions to be made.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the project management methodology and governance processes to support successful programme delivery. You will work closely with the Project Managers and Project Support Officers to ensure appropriate governance levels are maintained across programme delivery and ensuring that gates in the lifecycle are formally met.
You will take responsibility for leading the monthly cycle of governance and reporting across the Programme to ensure that the completion of all activities and deliverables are produced to the highest quality. You will support the execution of the PMO function roadmap whilst driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a PMO / PSO role, ideally usually APM / PRINCE2 or other structured project delivery methodology.
