A retail organisation requires a professional PMO Analyst with experience of running a Project Management Office to join their team.

The successful PMO Analyst will take charge of documenting and organising all information relating to IT and Business projects being run, and play an important role in developing the IT project portfolio.

Duties will include:

  • Running the Project Management Office
  • Creating and implementing processes to ensure that the department is run effectively
  • Create, maintain and manage the IT team's RAID document
  • Collating and managing global IT resources

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience of running a PMO
  • High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Solid planning skills, with a good familiarity with the use of MS Project and MS Visio
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the mechanisms and controls required to deliver a successful and effective PMO function
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
