PMO Analyst

Working for a leading organisation, this PMO Analyst position will be part of a central PMO team focused on 3 keys areas of the business.

The PMO function looks at a portfolio of work and is responsible for overseeing; frameworks, project tools, governance, on-boarding and delivery. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of enterprise scale projects and get involved in exciting and challenging work. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and experience.

Key areas of the roles include; project reporting, documenting meetings, logging project risks, assisting with change requests, maintaining project forecast, project administration and championing internal PMO standards.

The organisation use Prince2 processes and knowledge and experience of these would be beneficial.

There will be an element of reporting and working with analytic within this role so experience of Excel would be highly desirable.

Key experience;

  • Significant experience within a PMO role.
  • Experience of project management methodologies (Prince2, Waterfall, Agile).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with different levels of business users.
