PMO Administrator, London

PMO Administrator required by a leading financial services organization located in London. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the PMO administrator will be mainly responsible for the production, maintenance and reporting of the portfolio and project finances and IT budget tracking.

The PMO administrator will also be responsible for a number of tasks that contribute to the successful governance and delivery of projects and will be involved in other PMO activities such as resource management, demand management, vendor expense reporting and portfolio status reporting.

Required skills

  • A relevant Project Management qualification, eg PRINCE2, P30, PMP.
  • A good understanding of general Project Management processes and tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • A full understanding of IT financial reporting requirements.
