Contract-Type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover (12 Months)
Our client is looking to recruit a proactive Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator to cover Maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing proficient administrative and project support both internally and to external business partners.
The role is typical spilt 50:50 between General Office Administration and Project Support. Successful applicants will be able to confidently balance these competing priorities, supporting colleagues across the Group Offices in achieving their goals of quality, cost and delivery, all while ensuring the smooth running of the offices.

Be able to demonstrate working in a busy office environment, with the individual meeting the demands from multiple users/managers
Be able to demonstrate a structured approach to completing multiple tasks
Have sound numerical skills, with the ability to calculate for example percentages, ratios and validate the values in the real world
Have good Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel primarily)
Be committed to see things through to conclusion, a completer-finisher
Be able to multi task, balancing competing priorities
Be a good communicator, including written and verbal communication in English and a good listener, gathering facts and interpreting them
