Based in Coventry my client is looking to hire a PMO Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will carry out general administration tasks on a day by day basis for the Project Management Office (PMO), reporting to the PMO Manager. Attention to detail is required, as is the ability to prioritise work is essential for this role!
*Work with the PMO team in all areas of administration
*Support the Configuration & Document manager with running the Change Control Board and the Document Management process. May include taking minutes and chasing the status of agreed actions
*Support the Schedule and RAID Manager to develop and manage schedule, Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency baselines. Will include chasing status of agreed actions.
*Support the PMO Manager with administrative tasks associated with a weekly Programme Management Review where all functions will report on status against activities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
*Experience of working in a fast pace environment and under pressure at times
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Ability to meet tight deadlines
*Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks assigned
*Ability to work autonomously in a professional manner
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Organised, methodological approach to working
