We are a rapidly growing distributor of bathroom products. We are currently looking for a technical support to join our team.

Job Duties:

  • Being the main point of contact for any technical enquires in relation to bathroom products, mainly are taps and showers.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manager.
  • Resolving the technical issues for customers,
  • Assisting in sorting the spare parts and testing the products.
  • Assisting in sorting the faulty items and produce a summary report.
  • Updating technical information on spreadsheet.
  • Liaising with all departments in the business.
  • Consistently maximize work output.
  • Identifying growing problems and bring these to the attention of a team manager.
  • Handing claims from customers.
  • Filing and other administrative tasks.

Skills required:

  • Good Knowledges and experiences in plumbing.
  • Be organized and multi-tasking.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills with a customer focused manner.
  • Good Telephone manner.

Others:

  • £20,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Working hrs : Monday to Friday : 8:30 am till 5:30pm
  • 28 days holidays including bank holidays.
