We are a rapidly growing distributor of bathroom products. We are currently looking for a technical support to join our team.
- Being the main point of contact for any technical enquires in relation to bathroom products, mainly are taps and showers.
- Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries.
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manager.
- Resolving the technical issues for customers,
- Assisting in sorting the spare parts and testing the products.
- Assisting in sorting the faulty items and produce a summary report.
- Updating technical information on spreadsheet.
- Liaising with all departments in the business.
- Consistently maximize work output.
- Identifying growing problems and bring these to the attention of a team manager.
- Handing claims from customers.
- Filing and other administrative tasks.
- Good Knowledges and experiences in plumbing.
- Be organized and multi-tasking.
- Computer literate.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication skills with a customer focused manner.
- Good Telephone manner.
- £20,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
- Immediate start preferred.
- Working hrs : Monday to Friday : 8:30 am till 5:30pm
- 28 days holidays including bank holidays.
