Plumbing Lecturer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Plumbing Lecturer to join our client's team at a FE college. This role involves delivering plumbing courses from Levels 1 to 3 and is ideal for someone passionate about using their industry knowledge to shape the next generation of plumbing professionals.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures on plumbing to students at Levels 1 to 3.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum requirements.
  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Maintain records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Lecturer or a similar teaching role in plumbing.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing concepts and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is preferred.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
