They currently have an opportunity for a Plumber to join their team based in Manchester. Within the role, you will be responsible for the effecting plumbing repairs to the client’s stock.
Liaising with the office to enable a response to all jobs within a given time period, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work has been completed effectively and efficiently. Coordinating with the Supervisor and Office Administrators alongside Operatives on site, you will work as a team member and be prepared to act as a mentor to trainees. Above all, candidates for this position will have a right first time approach to all jobs whilst ensuring that any further information/ works from any job is passed over to the office staff.
The successful Plumber will hold in a recognised qualification in ACOP L8 and HSG274 with experience in commercial plumbing in Public Buildings, removal of Dead Legs, Legionella remedial works, servicing of TMVs, temperature monitoring and Tank/Colorifer inspections. Candidates for this role will possess experience within multi trade with the requirements of Carpentry and Plumbing. You will hold a recognised qualification in Plumbing coupled with a good understanding of time management. Moreover, they are looking for an individual who is motivated and able to inspire others to succeed with the ability to put the customer first.
Candidates for this role will hold a full UK driving licence
