Position: Platform Investment Team Leader
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
An experienced Platform Investment Team Leader is required to move the administration team forward. Candidates must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment and be excellent team players.
A successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to listen and follow instruction effectively with attention to detail.
Support the Platform Investment Manager to co-ordinate the services provided by group
Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice and the relevant FCA rules at all times;
Comply with the relevant Compliance, TCF, T&C and Financial Crime Procedures of the firm at all times;
Ensure all dealings with colleagues are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist in the co-ordination of the service that the Platform Investment Team offers with an understanding of the need to manage clients and colleagues expectations;
Ensuring client records are accurate and kept up to date;
Assist in the co-ordination of the portfolio changes to advisory clients on a quarterly basis;

Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to listen effectively;
Able to identify, diagnose, prioritise and offer a variety of solutions to solve problems;
Will understand the need for confidentiality of information and will deal with personnel issues appropriately and sensitively.
