Your new company
You will be working for a local contractor who are in need of an extra paid of hands due to a recently won contract.
Your new role
You will be attending occupied or void properties and carrying out planned or reactive maintenance. You will be working on kitchens, bathrooms and void properties bringing them back up to living standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in domestic or social housing properties before and be comfortable working around tenants. Ideally you will have an NVQ/C&G Level 2 qualification, however this not essential. You will have a CSCS card and your own tools & transport, a van is ideal, but again not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive approximately 6 weeks + contract working 39 hours per week. You will be paid approximately £14 p/h and there is the possibility of extension if my client is happy with your work.
