A Facilities Management company based in Coalville are currently seeking a planning Team Leader to manage a busy team of Schedulers on a permanent full time basis.
Your new role
As a Team Leader you will have day to day responsibility for the planning and scheduling team, managing productivity and performance. Duties will include:
- Work alongside and under direction of Service Improvement Manager to ensure excellent Customer Service at all times
- People management of team of 10 schedulers
- Leading and motivating the team
- Coaching & development
- Monitoring performance against targets and conducting appraisals
- Conducting team meetings
- Recruitment and selection processes
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures when required
- Managing administration for the department
- Database management
This is a full time permanent post with the opportunity to join a reputable and expanding organisation with future progression opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Team Leader with a background in either Facilities Management, Housing or Maintenance and previous experience within planning and/or Scheduling is essential. You will be a motivating and inspirational individual with a passion for leading a team and getting the best results out of people. You will be able to evidence performance in a target driven environment and be an excellent people manager.
