JOB TITLE: Planning Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years
An immediately available Planning Lawyer is sought by the busy Property & Highways department of this thriving organisation. Taking responsibility for a busy existing caseload during a period of permanent recruitment you will advise on general property and highways matters, as well as assisting with the work of junior members of staff - providing support with queries that arise. This is a temporary role to cover permanent recruitment so is offered on an on going basis.
The appointed Planning Lawyer will have a strong background in planning law, with prior experience of working within a public sector organisation. Due to the complexity of the caseload the role is likely to best suit a Lawyer with in excess of 4 years experience. To be considered for the role you will be able to start a new role immediately.
