A fantastic opportunity has become available for a planning data officer with strong excel skills. Working for a highly reputable London public sector organisation, working within their planning applications team, based in City Hall. These roles are to start as soon as possible and are for 3 months initially.

Your new role

You will be involved in the data analysis of large scale planning applications, which will require collating, monitoring and analysing the data provided, and transferring it from its current format onto Excel.

This role is key to ensuring that all data, past and present, is kept up to data, as well as recording and monitoring key statistics from ongoing planning applications, so that the planners are able to work efficiently.

Main Duties

  • Analysis and integrating qualitative and quantitative date in order to find new insights
  • Transfer research outcomes into concise and meaningful reports
  • Stake Holder management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Data Analysis experience
  • Good Excel and Microsoft packages experience
  • Being able to show an understanding of relevant budgets and how they apply in own work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter
