We have an excellent opportunity for a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join a leading broadcast services provider based in Buckinghamshire, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and end-to-end planning of major broadcast events for both new and existing customers. With a self-motivated and passionate attitude, you will ensure the best value for all parties is achieved for each event, by providing the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly from quotation stage, through scheduling, planning and delivery, to the final billing stage. You'll be accountable for scheduling technical components and people resources, whilst working closely with other departments to overcome challenges.

You will build strong and effective relationships with external customers to fully understand their requirements and be able to support them with global productions.

Experience working within broadcast event planning would be highly advantageous, however candidates with production support experience would also be of interest.

Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in high-pressured environments is fundamental, as is as a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Experience using ScheduALL would be highly beneficial.

You must have a flexible work approach as you will be required to work on call one weekend in six.
