My client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of In-Vehicle and Workshop storage equipment. They have been established for over 70 years with production facilities here in the UK, Germany and Hungary, and partner companies throughout the world.
Due to an extremely full order book moving forward they are now looking for a customer services/administration member of staff.
· Schedule vehicles in to the workshop, feeding back relevant fitting dates and information to the customer
· Follow vehicle availability to keep the schedule as realistic as possible which will in turn help the smooth running of the workshop
· Liaise with the manufacturing plant to meet customer requirements on supply only orders and vehicle fitting
Excellent good admin skills (especially Excel)
Ideally with some planning or scheduling experience.
They will be required to speak to customers, leasing and transportation companies.
They must be able to work under pressure.
