Administrator £20k ongoing immediate start based in Alfreton

Your new company
Working as a part of an admin team you will support the Office Manager with regards supporting all round admin duties.

Your new role
You will assist with scheduling and coordinating work, make calls internally to different departments with regards to updates on customer orders
Update customers on orders
Co-ordinate goods going out
Be the point of contact for delivery dates
Ensure orders are up to date
Cancel orders where required
Support the team to ensure all outgoing deliveries are booked
Process service orders
Collate information, reports when required
Ad-hoc analysis
Adhere to compliance

What you'll need to succeed
You will be exceptional organised
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Great communication skills
Collate and present information and data
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads

You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience of understanding scheduling
Have worked in a fast paced environment

Strong Excel/Google experience

What you'll get in return
Full time Monday to Friday
39 hours a week
8-5pm Mon-Thurs with an early finish on a Friday
