Perm planning admin role for leading construction business in the Runcorn/Warrington area paying up to £20k

You will be working for a market leading construction based business in the Runcorn/Warrington area on a permanent basis as part of their fast paced operational team.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a busy team of planning administrators where you will be undertaking a variety of duties. The role will involve: taking orders from customers and placing on the system, providing feedback to customers regarding the status of their orders, liaising with weighbridge over transport queries, vehicle availability and stock requirements, providing support with vehicle and fleet plans, liaising with production regarding customers requirements and regular liaison with internal and external sales to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. There will also be ad-hoc administrative duties involved.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have recent and relevant experience in a similar role, have relevant customer service skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. You will need to have a high level of IT literacy and be able to pick up new systems with ease. Experience of working within a team as well as a proactive and enthusiastic approach is essential.
What you'll get in return
The role is paying up to £20,000 per annum plus benefits.
