Planner | Central London | Established Planning Consultancy
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent an established planning consultancy who are on the lookout for a talented Planner to join the team in London.
With multiple offices located within the UK, this successful independent consultancy provide expert planning assistance to clients across the residential, land promotion and development sectors, to advise both private and public sector clients on complex planning matters.
Regularly working on a range of planning projects across the UK, this personable firm are now on the lookout for a confident Planner with at least 1 -2 years' worth of experience within the private sector to join the team.
Working directly alongside senior level members of the team, you will have the opportunity to prepare complex planning documents, including planning applications, appeals and design and access statements. You will help to deliver pre application advice, while working alongside other specialities to deliver Development Plan Representations on projects located within the London region.
You will hold an RTPI Accredited Degree and at least 1 year's experience within the private sector. You will also (ideally) hold an MSc in a relevant planning discipline, and will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
