Planned Project Officer - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a reputable housing association who are looking to appoint a Planned Project Officer for a permanent position based in the Shropshire area

Planned Project Officer - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • You will be responsible to deliver the groups improvement programmes with information from business plans and stock condition surveys
  • Responsible for creating a sustainable level of workflow to ensure delivery efficiency
  • Process all documentation for the completion of projects including CDM and site monitoring reports
  • Closely work with contractors to deliver a high quality of works in line with budget
  • You will also be involved with the delivery of projects through their entire lifecycle

Planned Project Officer - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Experience of working within a housing association is essential
  • Experience within practical building or property maintenance
  • Understanding of production specifications and schedule of works
