The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administration support to the testing department, ensuring customer and office enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for the initial contact with the client to accept their order for works and enter the order onto the works management system. You would also need to oversee the daily work of a team of engineers over a specified geographic area to ensure Client requirements are met.
The successful role holder will be able to allocate specialist sub contractors to jobs, pre-check engineer's time sheets, order materials,upload completion sheets and reports and record and site-specification information received.
To be suitable for this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience within a customer service role, the ability to plan and prioritise and excellent IT Skills.
Hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary £24-25,000 pa
