As a Work Placement and Progression Officer you will be responsible for sourcing suitable work placements for learners aged 16-24. You will also be responsible for ensuring that learners progress to a positive destination upon leaving their Study Programme or Traineeship. A key target for the post will be to ensure that a minimum of 20% of those learners progressing successfully go on to an Apprenticeship programme with Nova Training. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, employer engagement and ideally have a good understanding of the education system. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
