An opportunity to be part of an innovative approach to delivering direct clinical care which encompasses physiotherapy assessment treatment and management of patients within the Medical wards in University Hospital Ayr or University Hospital Crosshouse.

You will be clinically responsible for your own caseload of patients.

You will help support the qualified physiotherapist with their caseload while participating in service improvement and change.

The post holder must provide evidence of previous learning and development at HNC or SVQ II in Health and Social Care or other equivalent qualifications.

You should have relevant experience within this area and be able to demonstrate accurate and effective observation skills as well as good verbal and written communication.

You must have the ability to work independently with patients who may have complex medical needs within a supportive environment and work within agreed competencies.
