Physics Lead Teacher

Simply Education are on the look out for a lead teacher of Physics', for a large secondary school based to the west of Milton Keynes.

It is essential that the successful candidate has previous leadership experience, a real drive to educate, a flexible approach and able to adapt quickly in new establishments.

The school aims to provide a secure and caring environment built on values, mutual respect and the principles of equality, and in which they can all achieve the very best of which the pupils are capable of.

The school are offering a perm contract for this post.

The Requirements:

As the successful Teacher you will need to;
- Be a fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education
- Have the ability to prepare, plan deliver and mark
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behavior, with creative approach
- Be able to use your own initative and work as part of a team
- Possess the passion to teach Key Stage 3, 4 & 5.
