A sought after opportunity is currently vacant for an ambitious and dedicated aspiring teacher.

My client, a school in Croydon, is looking to appoint an exceptional PE graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant for a 1 year contract. The individual will gain 1 year classroom experience to decide whether they would like to progress and go on to gain QTS via a route best suited to them. The school are keen to assist and nurture graduates to reach their full potential and become strong, confident Teachers.

The successful individual will be, a recent graduate who seeks to gain as much experience as possible in the education sector before going on to gain QTS and become a Teacher. You will be confident in your ability and have solid knowledge of the current curriculum so that you are able to ease the pressure from the class Teacher. You will have a kind and compassionate nature and possess the patience to persevere with the children in order to maximise results and identify strengths and weaknesses.
