My client is a highly reputable, national dealer of Managed Print Services. Established over 20 years ago, they have recently experienced major growth and are now owned by a large IT solutions company. They are currently looking to add additional Field Service Engineers to their technical teams. This specific vacancy is advertising a Photocopier Engineer covering Hampshire.
Your job will be to provide preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and general service of Ricoh, Canon and HP branded equipment. This will include both colour and mono photocopiers, printers and also multi functional devices (MFDs).
You must have good area knowledge of Hampshire (PO & SO postcodes).
You must also ensure that you are a presentable at all times and have excellent customer service skills.
Networking/Connectivity skills are essential for this role.
Ongoing Manufacturer training is provided for Ricoh and Canon products.
You must be Ricoh or Canon Manufacturer trained, specifically on the Ricoh - MP / MPC ranges (ideally on the Apollon, Athena, Venus and Metis range) or on the Canon - iR / iRC advanced ranges (ideally the 20xx/30xx/40xx/50xx/60xx/70xx ranges).
As this is a customer facing role, you will need excellent communication and customer service skills.
NOT ESSENTIAL: If you have the ability to install print management software, for example; Equitrac/SafeCom/Papercut then please let us know as this will help with your application.
