Band 2, Salary Scale: £16,532 – £18,903 per annum, pro rata for part-time
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
Working in our state of the art pharmacy department we are looking for enthusiastic motivated people to join our team in the pharmacy distribution section. The posts will be based at Forth Valley Royal Hospital Pharmacy department.
You should be an organised person who can work to deadlines and enjoys interaction with members of the public and healthcare staff.
Duties will include assembly of ward orders, ward top up, receipt of goods, stock control, general telephone and clerical duties. You will participate in a rotation to provide a delivery service to our internal wards and departments and to all our outside delivery locations.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
The post hours will include participation in a weekend rota and public holiday rota.
