Fox Pharma are currently looking for a Dispensing Assistant in our Daresbury head office, working 37.5 hours per week. Reporting to the Pharmacist Manager. Your overall responsibility will be to participate in the whole dispensing process.

The working pattern will be:

Monday to Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm.

The role requires the candidate to deliver courteous and effective customer service. You will be required to assist in the delivery of all commercial pharmacy services where appropriate. This role is unique as it is an online pharmacy within the aesthetics field, therefore there is a compact product line, however it is an extremely fast paced industry with great scope to grow.

In this role you will be required to complete administrative records where applicable and ensure that these records are adequately maintained. You will effectively assist with managing pharmaceutical stock and equipment, including the administration of receiving, storing, maintaining and issuing. You may be required to deliver product advice and signpost where necessary.

To be employed as a dispensing assistant in Fox Pharma you need a minimum of an accredited Level 2 certificate in dispensing. Fox Pharma company policy requires that you also have an accredited Medicine Counter Assistant certificate.

The successful applicant for this role will be required to:

  • Have the appropriate qualifications or;
  • Have a level 2 certificate in dispensing and be willing to be enrolled onto an MCA course on commencement of employment.
