We are looking for an experienced first line manager/team manager to join our existing team.

As a Delivery Team Manager, you’ll lead, coach and develop a team of Delivery Drivers to deliver a cost effective and best in class delivery service.

Responsibilities will include…..

  • The recruitment, induction and continued development of Delivery Drivers, to provide a customer focussed service.
  • Delivery of your regional budget and P&L commentary weekly.
  • Fleet efficiency
  • Health & Safety including Accident/Incident management
  • HR activities including RTW/Absence management, discipline & grievance processes.

Previous experience within delivery/transport is not essential for the role as full operational training will be provided.

Working closely with the Regional Team and our store teams, your strong leadership skills coupled with a passion for delivering a great service will ensure that your team get their valuable cargo to the right patient at the right time! It is essential you have a Full UK Driving License.
