Pharmaceutical Process Technician

My client based in Wavertree area of Liverpool is looking for Pharmaceutical Production Operatives with experience with in the pharmaceutical industry, to work as part of their team on a 3 month contract. You will need to be organised and work to high standards at all times.

The successful applicant will be working on a 12 hour shift pattern within a shift team, reporting to the shift leader. The shift patterns are working 2days/2 nights - 4 shift on /off. The successful applicant will be expected to works all three shift patterns. The hours of work will be between 33.75 hours to 45 hour each week.

Production Operatives - Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility (GMP).
* Apply Good Document Procedures (GDP).
* Empty 25 Kg boxes of Icodextrin into a hopper.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Require to pack products when required.
* Moving products on pallets around warehouse using pallet truck.
* Comply with all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe, efficient manner.
* Keeping work areas clean and tidy at all times.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of cGMP's and SOP's and GDP are an asset.
* Experience of working with a Pharmaceutical / Chemical environment preferred.
* Excellent communication skills required; fluent English (oral & written).
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Good mathematical skills.
Pay rate is £9.50 per hour, working 12 hours shifts - 2 days (7am - 7pm) / 2nights (7pm - 7am) paid for working 11.25 hours shifts plus £114 shift allowance per week
3 Month contract,
