Job Summary - Pet Claims Assessor

The main purpose of this role is to assess and validate Pet Insurance claims, gathering any necessary information required in an efficient manner.

Do you have...

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills

  • The ability to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail

  • GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English

  • Experience of working within a Veterinary Surgery/ a detailed knowledge of animal care or experience of handling Pet Insurance claims
