Job Summary - Pet Claims Assessor

The main purpose of this role is to assess and validate Pet Insurance claims, gathering any necessary information required in an efficient manner.
Do you have...
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
The ability to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
High attention to detail
GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English
Experience of working within a Veterinary Surgery/ a detailed knowledge of animal care or experience of handling Pet Insurance claims
