About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Collections Adviser to provide detailed and accurate administrative support in our ever growing Collections Support and Personalised Operations team.

You will support Santander’s customers who have fallen into arrears who require a more personal service due to their current situation such as marital dispute, prison, fraud, or loss of a partner, which may affect their ability to pay their monthly commitments. In addition to the personalised case management you will also be responsible for completing litigation checks. This entails a full review of an account history to allow a decision to be made to progress an account for further legal action.

Salary: £17,000 + £500 Flexible Benefit

Hours of work: Full time (35 hours) Monday - Friday 9am-5pm


About You

As an ambassador for the bank you will work alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service. You will need to be comfortable with a variety of IT software to ensure you are efficient in processing information. You must have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

A background in Financial Services will be ideal.
