We are currently recruiting Personal Travel Advisors (Call Centre) for our prestigious client in Stoke on Trent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to holiday enquiries by telephone, email and 'Live Chat'
  • Providing excellent advice to clients
  • Checking holiday details (flights, hotels, transfers, extras etc.)
  • Following up enquiries to keep all opportunities alive
  • Closing sales for happy customers

Skills and Experience required for the Role:

  • Previous travel sales experience is desired but not essential
  • Driven approach to exceeding sales targets
  • A confident, knowledgeable and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Basic PC knowhow, especially emails and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Excellent follow-through skills for converting quotes

Salary, working hours and benefits

  • Salary 16,300 - 17,500 based on experience
  • Rising to £20,500 with service
  • Training and Development opportunities - both in house and national vocational qualifications;
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week, shifts include two late shifts per week (12:15-21:30) and every other weekend
  • 20 days holiday, rising to 24 with service
