Supporting the Infectious Diseases Department you will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Lead BBV Nurse.

Duties include updating the National Hepatitis C Database out-Patient clinic reception duties Maintaining paper/electronic diaries organising local meetings responsibility for general administration duties including transcription of audio dictation and copy typing.

With a relevant secretarial qualification/and or experience in a similar role you will also have excellent communication and organisational skills. Medical Terminology is desirable as is a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and Excel.

A car/owner driver is desirable.

This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2019.

Hours: 30 per week Monday to Friday .
