Following continued success and growth within this progressive Insurance brokerage they now seek an additional Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team. You will form part of the private motor retention sales team whilst supporting new business. The successful candidate will deal with inbound and outbound calls and will look after every aspect of their customers’ insurance needs. They will manage their time effectively to achieve all KPI targets. They will provide an excellent service to all of our customers and will ensure that business quality and compliance are of the highest standard.
Ensure all Key Performance Indicators are achieved/exceeded (renewal income and retention rate, add-on sales, cross selling additional insurance products, outbound and inbound call handling statistics, fee collection).
Acting upon coaching/training to successfully overcome performance challenges
Comply with company values
Achieve the high standards expected with call compliance and monthly file audits
Following the prescribed Chase cycle to Invite and chase renewals
Set up and chase 'hot-leads’ for any unsold new business quote/renewal
Offer additional products to every customer spoken to
Deliver and maintain excellent levels of customer service and ensure first call resolution with every customer contact
Candidates are to have some industry experience with private motor knowledge preferable however not essential, team player, with a passion for new business generation.
