About the Role

On behalf of a respected and forward-thinking law firm, we are seeking an ambitious Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join their growing Personal Injury team in Oxford. This role presents a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative team, focusing on high-value clinical negligence and personal injury cases.

The successful candidate will bring excellent PI experience, client management skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior lawyers on a caseload of high-value clinical negligence and personal injury cases, providing accurate legal advice with commercial insight.
  • Engage directly with clients, understanding and meeting their needs to deliver on expectations.
  • Support departmental marketing efforts, including drafting articles and developing marketing materials.
  • Work closely with senior partners to build professional networks and client relationships.
  • Take part in business development initiatives to contribute to the team’s growth and reputation.
  • Participate in networking events to build a base of clients, referrers, and contacts.
  • Manage all aspects of file administration, including time recording, billing, and fee forecasting.
  • Achieve both personal and team KPIs, continuously measuring and working toward these goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE)
  • Experience in clinical negligence and personal injury cases
  • Urdu language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent client management skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work collaboratively within a team
