Personal Injury - Litigator - Bristol
A new role has arisen within for a Litigation Executive to join a growing personal injury team within an ambitious and innovative law firm in The South West.
As a skilled case handler you will be confident in managing your own caseload MOJ portal personal injury claims from inception to completion.
Your law degree/LPC/CILEX (or equivalent) and previous experience of legal case handling will enable you to make informed logical decisions on the prospects of a case and aid you when deciding on quantum and liability.
To enable to you carry out this role effectively it is essential have a good understanding of Defendant and Claimant handling practices in RTA litigation alongside interviewing techniques and experience of running a caseload of RTA personal injury cases.
Knowledge of all claims proceeding under Part 20 of Civil Procedure Rules is considered to be an advantage when applying for this role, but not essential.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of CFA funding, ATE insurance, LVI and Fraud RTA claims however candidates with strong personal injury litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
You will report into a team leader who will support and guide you by sharing their extensive technical knowledge to help better your practice. You, along with your colleagues, are encouraged to share your ideas on strategic tactics and contribute suggestions.
