Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation files from inception to settlement
Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and advise clients accordingly
Prepare legal documentation, including court pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives
Attend court hearings and liaise with counsel as required
Provide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claim process
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant case law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload from start to finish
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proactive and client-focused approach
