Personal Injury Fee Earner
Employers Liability Department
My client is a top 200 Law firm that specialises in personal injury. They cover every area of personal injury including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters. They have a strong and respected reputation in the market and are LEXCEL and Law Society accredited. They are a Legal 500 Leading Firm for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
Due to continued success they are currently looking to hire an experienced claimant personal injury fee earner to join their well established Employers Liability department.
• Minimum of one years’ experience (non-qualified or qualified.) We would also consider Newly Qualified Solicitors, who have done majority of their training contracts in personal injury.
• Demonstrable experience of running own litigated caseload.
• Proven billing track record of billing.
• Experience of dealing with portal and non-portal cases.
• Ideally knowledge of Proclaim case management system

Holiday Entitlement 20 days (plus 3 days in between Christmas and New Year) and rising by one day every year for the first 3 years.
