Duties to be performed include:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury & motor claims from cradle to grave
- Recovery and settlement credit hire claims.
- Negotiating with Insurance companies, solicitors and clients where necessary
- Preparing cases for litigation
- Liaising with any relevant medical personnel
- Taking inbound calls from clients, insurers and other departments
- Dealing with various third parties
- Handling general queries
