We are currently looking to recruit Personal Claims Managers to work within our Debt Solutions business. They will be responsible for making contact with existing customers and assisting them in the process of making a financial claim. Personal Claims Manager analyse data that they have available to see if clients have had a financial product miss-sold to them, and if they have completing the claims process on their behalf. This is predominantly a phone based position, calling out to existing customers, although some administration work is required. Personal Claims Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Completing Evidence Forms with clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all information collected is done so compliantly;
Ensuring applications are completed in line with regulatory requirements as stipulated by the MOJ and compliance guidelines;
Processing claims and dealing with all paperwork throughout the life of the claim;
Liaising with clients, lenders, and third party organisations regarding client applications;
Conducting welcome calls to clients within agreed timescales;
Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfillment of the role.
Starting salary of £21,000
